I purchase a set of living room furniture the first of May. When they delivered it the salesman David came along and informed me as they were loading it they discovered three tears in the back of sofa apparently from unpackaging it. This set was on the floor when I purchased it . He told me he had contacted the manufacturer for a new piece to switch out and fix this and it would be here in a month. 6 weeks pass and I call him and was told he would check on it and told me the lady said it was on the way. another month passes ... read more

Service was great..sales perzon knowledgeable and helpful
I ordered with them and they took weeks to even get the product I ordered. Even as I write this I am still not sure when I’ll receive the rest of my stuff. On top of that they don’t even call to let you know when some of it does come in. Definitely only buy with them if you’re willing to wait weeks or even months according to these other reviews.
