There are very rare times I will write a 1-star review but my interaction with the apparent owner of House of Crystal defies any semblance of normalcy. This was eerie! On 05/06/26 my Waterford Crystal vase was delivered for repair. The base had broken from the stem and as the two pieces molded perfectly, I was hoping for a quick fix. I waited until the last minute for a gift I couldn't complete myself and Joey went above and beyond to help me and had it done the next day! I am so incredibly impressed with how beautiful it turned out. Would recommend this to any and everyone i know. I will definitely be a returning customer!

House of Crystal on Haywood Rd at the Orchard Park Shopping plaza offers so many gifts whether it’s for birthday, Christmas anniversary, baby shower, wedding gift and a flower memorial from your love ones that have transitioned over,etc you name it they can do it the customer service is outstanding my family has been going here for a long time and they’ve been in the upstate for decades, just a wonderful place.
