Do not go to this place. It is gross
The side seats for the "VIP" seating on the upper level needs an upgrade. Whose idea was it to use benches for the side seating on the upper deck yet the seats facing stage gets to be stools. They suck, they're too small, too low, sit too far away from the table, and they cram like four other people on ONE tiny bench! Stupidest idea ever! Should've been stools like the others for more personal space! The venue itself is good so long as the show isn’t a sellout. Any sold out show is honestly quite a miserable experience at best and a crowd crush risk at worst. Drinks are very expensive but that’s to be expected for a Disney location concert venue, kind of a double whammy there. The staff are very friendly and just about the only redeeming quality of the show we went to. I can recommend this venue with the massive caveat of it not being a sold out crowd.
