I went to go see Zara Larsson on April 8th at the House Of Blues, Orlando. I have never had any issues with this venue until this event. The first thing was my friend and I had purchased the Fast Lane pass thinking this investment would garner us some early entry. Literally gave people mold poisoning once. Later concert, same band, kicked fans out for crowdsurfing, and refused to let them back in upon request from band themselves.

Venue is old, dated, and the acoustics/mixing is generally bad. You will get a ton of bass, and drums. Not much of the guitar or vocals. Been for 3 different concerts, and 3 different general admission locations (front, mid and at the back). Sound was equally bad. In addition, venue charges full price for tickets even when they deny entry to one of the headline bands (Nekrogoblikon). Staff kept pointing me to the wrong line when I had Meet and Greet/VIP (even pointed to VIP on my ticket and wasn't listened to) and I missed the Meet and Greet. They told me after I asked what is VIP for if I got it this late and they said "the meet and greet which you missed" and by then I didn't want to cause drama and no one seemed to care about helping so I went back to the concert. I talked to like several different employees all sending me back to the fast pass or regular line and got no help.
