The House of Blues in Myrtle Beach advertised their New Years Eve concert as a "non-smoking event". During the concert, many people in the crowd were smoking. As I looked around, many people at the bar were smoking, as well. There were employees all around the facility in red shirts, not doing a thing about the smokers. I pointed this out to two red-shirted employees who were in the crowd right behind me. Nothing was done. After midnight the atmosphere was filled with smoke even more, so I decided to leave.
