Terrible customer service. Do not reccomend.
Purchased an XL hoodie and XXL tshirt. The quality of the clothing is undoubtedly of top notch. However, the hoodie is very small and fits more like a large. With that, the tshirt is great and fits like an XL. Too bad they do not make tall versions of their hoodies. I would purchase a tall as I would love to be a repeat customer.
Awful customer service that will make you pull out your hair. They have a refund policy that you buy but they do not disclose all of their terms, and maybe they make them up because apparently there are "minimum return thresholds" even though that doesn't say anywhere on their policies or websites even if you purchase their FREE RETURN POLICY. Absolutely a scam. Don't even bother unless you can try their clothes. Their customer support rep is also pretty rude and ignores your emails.
