House of Blanks makes really good basics. I got t-shirts and sweats and I've washed mine dozens of times and they still look brand new, no noticeble shrinking, no pilling (!!!), and the quality hasn't dropped at all. Colours stayed consistent wash after wash too. Super happy to support a TRULY CANADIAN BUSINESS.
Awful customer service that will make you pull out your hair. They have a refund policy that you buy but they do not disclose all of their terms, and maybe they make them up because apparently there are "minimum return thresholds" even though that doesn't say anywhere on their policies or websites even if you purchase their FREE RETURN POLICY. UPDATE — September 14, 2026: A special thank-you to Kylie for turning this experience around. I ultimately paid the $56.50 UPS import charge, and Kylie stepped in and arranged a refund of my order to resolve the issue. I really appreciate her personal attention and willingness to help.
