I have to say, they do make really great quality of clothes. I was really eager to try them out and thought “let me grab a bunch of things to try and if I like them, I’ll keep them. If there’s anything I don’t like, I’ll return it for a refund”. Well silly me. The clothes didn’t fit, and because I got them on sale, they don’t offer refunds. So now I’m stuck with $200 worth of clothing that doesn’t fit me. Read the fine print on the website. No resolution or updates on lost delivery since 23 November 2024, despite several reminders. I found the delivery a bit later - the concierge decided to safekeep it so it doesn't lie on the street. Doesn't change the fact that the customer support was non-existing. Love the quality though.
I have a heavyweight tee, a long sleeve tee and a zip up hoodie from this brand and they’re all among my favourite pieces. Everything from the construction of garments to their quality is unmatched. Most of all, it’s great to have a place close by that not only makes essential pieces in Canada, but out of high quality fabrics that are milled here, no less. If it’s true that brands like adsum have contracted Roopa to make their sweats, I’m not at all surprised.
