We are very happy with our recent buying experience at the house of bikes. Alex provided exceptional service in terms of choosing the perfect bike for us. Staff were very helpful both before and after I purchased
From the beginning the whole staff at House of Bike Ottawa were amazing and continue to be absolutely outstanding. I recently contacted Alex about an issue I was having and within hours my part was being shipped to my house. ETA for shipping was about 3 weeks and with amazing customer service and effort from house of bikes I had my new warranty part in less than a week. By far the best service from a business I’ve had in a long time. Incredible and reputable company here. Do not hesitate if you’re looking for an E bike!!!
