Robert, Carolyn, and the House Media team were not only slow to respond regularly, disorganized and aloof in many of their answers, they were extremely rude and unprofessional in our final communications. When looking to clarify shipping details with the House Media client management team, they chose to respond in a snarky, condescending and childish manor that were frankly abusive towards our staff (their customer). I would not recommend putting your business in their hands.
