Came to the store with a problem with a baccarat pan I purchased at the store, I bought 2, used 1, just not good even following all the instructions. Decided to return the other pan, instead of just giving me a voucher, I was given a lesson that I don't know how to use stainless steel & that I should be more patient by Didi. Cadence was absolutely amazing what an asset to the shop
I visited the store with a problem with one of my Baccarat pans. Levi was amazing. He found my original receipt, confirmed I was under warranty. It was a unique situation which required him to check with management. He kept me fully informed. Levi was them extremely helpful and patient helping me decide on a new set. His knowledge and service were wonderful. I will definitely visit again and recommend to friends. Thank you Levi.
