The quality of work so far I cant fault builders on site very good . However communication is very poor and has been very poor from the start . No information why builders are leaving site without completion, no communication when they will be back, this lack of communication has been consistently poor throughout over many months. shame really the quality of work so far you cant fault. Came through my insurance company and for previous issues my insurance company didn't always appoint the best contractors. I was very pleasantly surprised, communication was great. They found a leak that had been missed by two other companies over the course of 2 years and they quickly fixed it and the wall damage to a very high standard. The team is respectful and professional and I would use them again. I will request them from my insurance company for any future issues!
Stay away if you are in Central London. Their Central London team damaged my walls, bathtub and carpark fascia whilst carrying out works to which they denied leading me to go through a lenghty process of getting Affidavits from neighbours so the Insurance company could assign my claim to a different provider. Also they delayed my works considerably, the particular worker who caused damage claimed to be brother of one of the senior surveyors and really didn't care at all about the walls he dented the bathtub damage and the ca... read more
