This is the store where you go to when you look around and someone very nice comes up to you and gives you a complete understanding of what you need. Served by Simran very pleasant customer service with a caring mannerism with a total knowledge of everything in this store. Appreciate your help Simran. Hope your boss gets to read this because I think you’re doing a fantastic job. Appreciate the help today

Misleading service and information. Went into frankston, staff was writing things down didn't acknowledge us at all or the others that walked in. Asked if we were to buy a knife set if it comes with a free item and if we are able to choose that item from any of the other items with the same ticket and was told yes. Realised the knife set that we went to get wasn't the correct one, got the one we wanted that was under the same sign but turns out was there by mistake but when I said it's under the sign, there was nothing else ... read more

No greeting and no help even though no one else in the store. I would have spent $500 on knives if there was any customer service.

Should teach your staff to acknowledge customers entering the store, walked out after being completely ignored. Try out Kitchen Warehouse, much better service.
