I’ve been shopping in this store with no problems and always satisfied with their customer service. But not today. RUDE staff - will ask you stupid questions as if you work there. they should know better about their stocks and trading purposes. Will not come back if it’s the same lady (Elderly woman) in the counter. It’s always one staff that can put everyone’s reputation down. how sad.

The rudest and most stereotypical homewares staff you will encounter in retail. Every bit the cliche; the very people Kath and Kim have made fun off. Such Judgemental attitudes, so I spent my money elsewhere. I suggest you do the same. It’s such a contrast to House-kitchen store in same mall; which was filled with lovely staff only too willing to help and serve you without prejudice and with professionalism. No stars, maybe drop the attitude ladies as you only work in a shop.
