Excellent service, lovely, (if a little pricey) products. Kerri Ann bent over backwards to help me get what I needed and was a wealth of information about any product I asked about.
We brought a set of bed sheets and the quality is absolutely shocking. I returned the first set as it was peeling and left a huge mess on a daily basis. That bed sheet I didn’t end up washing as we had just moved into our house and were still waiting on our washing machine. When I asked to exchange the sheets, the staff became unfriendly and arrogant and when I left with the replacement sheets (I chose a different material) I knew I would not return. Went to purchase a new linen set along with a Doona and pillows. Went to pay and they don't accept cash. I Walked out with my cash and they kept the Doona etc
Don’t bother going into this shop if you wish to purchase with cash. Extremely disappointed! I found two gorgeous products to purchase. Went to pay with cash (birthday cash). I was informed they don’t take cash. I could have transferred money on my phone to use my EFTPOS card but why should I when cash is legal tender!!
