Not sure if I'm wanting to come here after reading those reviews the people sound rude and accused customers of stealing and yelling at poor innocent children doesn't sound like a safe place I try looking them up I could not find a website so yeah

Worst customer service ever! The lady behind the counter accused me of stealing ribbon which I put back in the box as I'm walking out the door she is yelling at me embarrassing to say the least, in front of four other customers, I had even asked if she had a different colour ribbon and she replied no all snappy, will never shop there again and will tell as many people as possible as word of mouth is the best advertisement when I showed her the ribbon I put back into her box she never apologised for screaming at me and I tota... read more
The people are so rude
Took back a product that broke 10 minutes later and old woman refused to give back money. I said yeah whatever I just buy a different one and hope it works. She says no you go now! I said no you stop been rude. She just stared at me with a death stare. I said how much for this, I pay and leave with it or I don't pay and leave with it. She let me pay 😆 told her she is disgusting and I'm never coming back here
