The staff at house are incredible the manager should be proud of their staff the young lady’s are full of knowledge and extremely helpful in helping me pick the right gift
I would like to bring your attention to the issues with the layout of your store. As you can see in the attached photos, this store is not accessible or safe for people with disabilities. Just for a moment, imagine you are in a wheelchair, or have a guide dog, or even cerebral palsy and are trying to shop in House. There are boxes, stock and other obstacles everywhere, and the aisles are overcrowded and incredibly narrow. I am appalled by the behaviour of the young lady on this evening. I was browsing in another store and could her shouting to another staff member at the perfume store. She was loudly ridiculing an “annoying regular”, her manager and her work. I am horrified. I had intended to purchase an item this evening but after hearing the overly loud and disrespectful speech from this young lady, I will not be returning. Very disappointed. Train your staff better.
Nicole and Hanna were fantastic. Customer service and knowledge outstanding! All my questions answered and happy with my purchases!
