Fantastic service and excellent knowledge of products in store.
Girl working at the Chirnside store today was so unhelpful, so unfriendly and so unmotivated at her job it seemed. Not even a great, when I was asking about items it was one word answer “no” and kept packing her shelf, and her customer service was seriously off-putting. Train your staff to show some basic customer service manners and knowledge about your products, or perhaps this person just isn’t suited for your business as it’s people like today that create a bad image for your brand.
Had a rewarding experience at the Chirnside Park Store. Apart from all the specials that were on offer, of which we bought many, the service provided by Nicole and Jake was great, all done with a smile and a few laughs. Highly recommend this store. Keep up the good work 👏.
