this store is such a disappointment. i walked into the store and got stared at by an older woman by the name of Paula i was walking around for 10 minutes before she finally decided to ask if i needed any help. A couple days later i came back and a young girl was working and served me. Paula’s attitude toward her fellow staff member was appalling and this poor girl was doing a better job than her. Walked in and was greeted by Paula. She took the time to explain about the differences about the bed pillows and took out the pillows from the packaging so I could feel the product. Paula was friendly, personable and knowledgeable. It was such a pleasant shopping experience and because of her I decided to purchase two MYH Hotel Collection Pillows. Thanks again for your time and service. Well done!
Service from the assistant manager Sharon was appalling i haven't the energy to explain but how she is in Service i have no idea
I forgot to ask for her name but a lovely young girl helped us out with sheets and bedding for a spare room on Thursday evening, she was super helpful and nice, I will definitely be back because of this service, thank you !!
Sharon provided the Worst service ever. Yelling at customer and refuse to let customer checking before purchasing ($250 cost) The owner should know that you are paying Sunday wage and losing loyalty customer as I have been spend thousands of dollars in this store joining 12 month period before today there are no problems. We have been to Harris Scarfe and Kitchen Warehouse before come to you today and about to make the purchase at your store as you have the best products as always. Unfortunately I won't come back.
