Service from the assistant manager Sharon was appalling i haven't the energy to explain but how she is in Service i have no idea
I forgot to ask for her name but a lovely young girl helped us out with sheets and bedding for a spare room on Thursday evening, she was super helpful and nice, I will definitely be back because of this service, thank you !!
Sharon provided the Worst service ever. Yelling at customer and refuse to let customer checking before purchasing ($250 cost) The owner should know that you are paying Sunday wage and losing loyalty customer as I have been spend thousands of dollars in this store joining 12 month period before today there are no problems. We have been to Harris Scarfe and Kitchen Warehouse before come to you today and about to make the purchase at your store as you have the best products as always. Unfortunately I won't come back. Sharon provide the worst service every after all. Yelling at customer and refuse to let us checking the product we are purchasing($250 on cost) I have been spending thousands of dollars in this store over the past a year and never have any problems. The owner should know you lose me as a loyal customer. Hope this not gonna happen to others again.
Sonya, Nicole and I forgot the other lovely lady’s name that was at the store today have been so helpful and so kind. I had something that I needed resolved ( I wasn’t happy with a product) and they were quick to provide me with a solution that I was very happy with. They all took time to answer my questions and they were all approachable. I am not sure why there are bad reviews on here but I had such a good experience that does not at all reflect the other people’s previous reviews. Thank you again ladies.
