I stumbled upon House and had a look as I was wanting to upgrade to stainless steel pots and pans. I had the lovely Maria approach me and she was able to answer any questions I had about cooking with stainless steel and told me she still has a set at home that has lasted her 45 years!! She showed me another type of pots and pans from the same brand that had more comfortable handles and had a greater discount. Maria wasn’t pushy at all and I really appreciated her guidance and patience! ☺️

I was really disappointed to discover that the prices in store were higher than the prices listed online. There was no clear signage or explanation, and it only came up at the counter. This feels very misleading and unfair to customers who expect transparent pricing. If a business is going to charge different prices online versus in store, it should be clearly communicated upfront. Look. I’ll be honest. I went in attempting to find 18/0 stainless steel pans with the outlook that I’d be happy with 18/8. I explained to the lady that approached me that the pans here are not what I was looking for at this moment due to being 18/10 containing Nickel. She proceeded to lecture me that Nickel was banned ect ect. The staff are helpful when approaching a customer. However, I just felt like I was a sale. Although now I have some lovely expensive 18/10 pans I guess.
