Look. I’ll be honest. I went in attempting to find 18/0 stainless steel pans with the outlook that I’d be happy with 18/8. I explained to the lady that approached me that the pans here are not what I was looking for at this moment due to being 18/10 containing Nickel. She proceeded to lecture me that Nickel was banned ect ect. The staff are helpful when approaching a customer. However, I just felt like I was a sale. Although now I have some lovely expensive 18/10 pans I guess.
