My partner and I purchased the Baccarat Ultimo 10 piece cookset within 30 minutes of the 2023 Boxing Day Sales beginning through the House online store. We paid for the cookset and within minutes we received an email from House confirming the purchase and availability of the stock, and payment was confirmed, including through our bank statement. Called head office to see why House does not receive cash as payment as cash is still legal tender, could not get through on phone so I emailed them 10 days no response will not be spending in those stores again .
