Zero stars. Spent a lot of money over the years at this store. Bought item under $25 tried to return it. No refunds + No Store credit under $25. Walked away will never shop there again. Notice to store, peeve your locals off enough and you won’t be in business for long.
An interesting store with great products, many are their own House brand. When I said I didn’t want a bag for my purchases, the young man server left my items on the counter and made no effort to gather them up to give to me to put into my own bag. How do I carry 4 mugs as well as other items with no breakages? He had no idea, until I suggested he wrap them in brown paper. Staff training is definitely lacking in this store.
24 year warranty on a pot set & couldn't get a replacement fry pan didn't have receipt & manager knew it was their product, so searched & found on bank statement & that wasn't good enough for the manager , for the price & so called 24 year warranty I would not every buy any goods from them again & the manager needs to know how to manage a business for customers service ,not happy & no stars & they need dress & presention standards
Very disappointed, 2 young ladies were having a very deep and meaningful, with Foul language being added. were not paying any attention to customers and I felt like I was interrupting when I wanted to pay. this was a few days before Christmas. I won't be back.
