They over charged us for an item and when we realised (we had not even left the store) they refused to correct their mistake. They are dishonest and untrustworthy.
Beware 70% off is just to suck you into thinking it's a bargain. The damashiro knives are not great. They do have a range of kitchen stuffs which is great. Do your homework, buy quality steel.
Great customer service, well priced stock - refused to take cash. Unfortunately won’t shop here again
