Lots of product for such a small store. Staff are very helpful
Its obvious that House is understaffed on a Sunday afternoon but had waited at the counter for 10 minutes to pay, only to be told "wont be long darling" while the lady continue to help another customer with knifes selection. Surely it would be quicker to process our payment first? Multitasking at its finest. We ended up leaving and head to Matchbox instead.
