I literally wouldn’t bother buying from any House, the customer service from their managers is appalling and the quality of the major of their products are not fit for purpose. When you try carmly explain something doesn’t work how it should, instantly they’re on the defensive saying they can offer a gift card but not a refund. Well consumer law says that if something is defective you have to offer a refund within a reasonable period of time, and this was under a week of purchase. Kazie was amazing. I was really happy with the customer service ❤️.
Bad customer service. Store was quiet, max 3 customers in at the time, but not once was I acknowledged by the woman at the desk, she kept her head down the whole time, didn't offer any help or even a "Hello, how are you?"
What a rip off this store is! Aprons buy one get one free my arse! Get charged for 2 aprons and the staff try to justify why. Your store is a joke and I will never EVER be back. You dont understand your own sale you are having and basic maths get a different job.
House is dishonest not accepting returns on faulty items. They also don’t show the negative reviews on their website!
