I was shopping for a baccarat knife set for my partner and it was tricky to pick a set because of the price and differences between each but our sales person (Casey I think? Long brown hair, tattoos) was so so so nice. She let us hold the knives (supervised of course) and really get a feel for the set we liked. Amazing service from the staff there in House carousel. I spent too much time looking and thinking, and picking the right baccarat knifes block that suits me well on models and budget. They dont even bother me at all, but they always ready to help when i want to try and hold the knifes/to try on. I also found different price in store and online, and they easily gave me the price on the website which was cheaper. I was very happy with my purchase here in House carousel
Terrible costumer service. The cashier was unkind and aggressive. Unfriendly, unhelpful and indifferent attitude.. Very poor customer service. I won’t go there again.

Quality kitchenware. Prices are reasonable. Staff are helpful. Sales are frequent and are the best time for saving money.
