The Baccarat Stone range is amazing. Cooking is made so much easier! 100% would recommend
Really displeased. Arrived at 7.30pm on Tues 22 July to collect item and store is closed. Travelled for 30 mins! Really grumpy. Update times on Google! Google says the store is open until 8pm!
Beautiful team members and very helpful. Especially the manager at broadway shopping centre. She cares about customers I love their products. The quality is amazing and look fancy
I googled the close time before i come to pick up online order. it shows close at 8pm on Friday. I came at 7:02pm and was refused by the staff and said they close at 7. Such a waste of time
Astoundingly poor customer service. I requested an item, which I bought as a gift. The wood splintered on first use, so returned it within two weeks. I was told I was sold the wrong item for purpose and to name the staff member (which of course I didn’t know), was told the item was damaged with one hand wash, and they wouldn’t take it back as it was used and couldn’t be resold.
