Wendy the store manager was able to help me with a concern for my pots and pans. She was very knowledgeable and was able to help me decide on the right product for me. Great service.

Very disrespectful, rude manager at Aspley home maker store. some may say racist. I had a warranty issue with one item I have purchased, literally used once. The non stick is coming off. Bring back straight away the next day morning. Been told, you get what you have paid for. Wow! What a class act! That’s how this manager’s attitude towards to their product and customer. This is such an eye open experience. I will shop somewhere from now on. Stay away from the Aspley home maker store.
Recently I purchased set of knife and when I opened the box the magnet board inside the box was cracked, I was busy and I went back to the store after 3 weeks but the shop lady told me it is over two weeks( which is not mentioned in the receipt) and I need to contact the company, I attempted couple of times and I haven’t received any feedback, I believe it is not the customer service I expected and it is against consumer law which I will chase it later, and disappointed, never come back to this shop again Update : I contacte... read more
