I have been buying stuff here for quite a few years, generally very happy with products and Service, but yesterday i needed to exchange a product due to a failure, we have a loyalty program with all our purchases stored however as I did not have the receipt no warranty, even though they have a record of the purchase. So this shop has lost me as a customer over their inability to exchange a $30 item. Very poor customer relations
Great service
Besides how cramped the store is, we were looking for a specific brand of toaster that’s on special. It was in stock but not in the store at all, the lady staff there said the toasters are in their storage and we have to wait till 5pm, that way another staff comes in and she can run down and grab it. We got notified that it’s been collected and we went back to purchase it. Amazing customer service, especially when a staff member goes above and beyond to get the toaster for us! Better store than Casuarina.
Rude and racist salespersons. Just walked in and was welcomed by their racist attitudes. Shame on all for poor customer service. Don’t deserve even a single star.
I experienced the most wonderful customer service from the lady closing yesterday, she was pushing the displays in to close and I approached to see if they were still open, she gave me the most wonderful smile and proceeded to usher us into the shop. She went above and beyond to help me. Absolutely made my day, and I left with the biggest smile.
