Poor customer service. The staff members are extremely rude! Facial expressions looked spiteful when question on why a product cannot be returned! Genuinely regretted purchasing from the shop.

Terrible customer service. We bought a set of pans, but within two minutes, we wanted to return them and were told there's a no-change-of-mind policy. It would have been helpful if this policy was made clear before our purchase. I don't recommend this store at all.
