I had a positive shopping experience here at Morayfield House homeware store. I bought some beautiful new kitchen knifes and a nice cooking spoon made of acacia. Joel at the counter was good to deal with and gave me an extra info sheet on caring for the knives I purchased. I will return in time, cheers!
I just had the best customer service experience here. Angela the Store Manager stayed open so that she could help me find a product and when there was none in the shop she walked me all the way to the storage room on the other side of the shop to grab what I needed. If that's not going above & beyond I don't know what is.
Excellent selection and quality items.
10/10 customer service. Always greeted with a smile by all. I needed help with something and everyone there was great. Very caring and friendly assistance from Joel and assistant manager. Will always come back again.
