We have visited this place many times and have purchased several kitchen items here over the years. Unfortunately, our experience today was very disappointing. We were looking to buy a soup pot and asked one of the staff members about its size. Instead of helping us, she replied, "Can't you read?" We found this response very rude and unprofessional. I had a positive shopping experience here at Morayfield House homeware store. I bought some beautiful new kitchen knifes and a nice cooking spoon made of acacia. Joel at the counter was good to deal with and gave me an extra info sheet on caring for the knives I purchased. I will return in time, cheers!

I just had the best customer service experience here. Angela the Store Manager stayed open so that she could help me find a product and when there was none in the shop she walked me all the way to the storage room on the other side of the shop to grab what I needed. If that's not going above & beyond I don't know what is.
