Never been treated so rudely and offensively by a customer service person in my life . Very aggressive … awful … I left in tears … lost a $300 sale . No need for it .Usually a kind person but was horrified by her behaviour . The way I saw her speaking to a customer before me was shocking also .
A fault developed in a stone fry pan, I returned it and it was replaced plus some advice. Very happy.
Went in to buy a pot & was served by Angie. She was very helpful & knowledgeable. I must commend her customer service was fantastic. Thanks Angie. (Morayfield Shop inside the Mall)
Sadly, the customer service was lacking and rather short with a simple request. Honestly, I will never return nor recommend.
Went into Morayfield store looking for a cheese slicer. Found one advertised on the ticket on the container as $5.99, Boxing day sale price. Normal price $7.99. Went to counter and it was rung up as $7.99. I said it is advertised as $5.99, the assistant says that was the boxing day sale price and they hadn't got around to taking all the old labels off. I said you can't do that as it was still advertised at the cheaper price and I then mentioned the office of fair trading. Oh you wouldn't bother with them for $2 was her reply... read more
