10/10 customer service. Always greeted with a smile by all. I needed help with something and everyone there was great. Very caring and friendly assistance from Joel and assistant manager. Will always come back again.
Never been treated so rudely and offensively by a customer service person in my life . Very aggressive … awful … I left in tears … lost a $300 sale . No need for it .Usually a kind person but was horrified by her behaviour . The way I saw her speaking to a customer before me was shocking also .
A fault developed in a stone fry pan, I returned it and it was replaced plus some advice. Very happy.
Went in to buy a pot & was served by Angie. She was very helpful & knowledgeable. I must commend her customer service was fantastic. Thanks Angie. (Morayfield Shop inside the Mall)
Sadly, the customer service was lacking and rather short with a simple request. Honestly, I will never return nor recommend.
