These store need to employ or up skill their staff. Every time you visit it it’s so unwelcoming and uninviting and they unhelpful. Such a shame!

My 87 year old grandma went into the store to get a new cloth piping bag and was met with refusal for cash and told to refer to the sign and asked can you read? Incredibly rude and insane that you expect everyone to be able and capable of using cards instead of accepting our cash from our own country. -100 stars
Since when is cash refused as legal tender in Australia!!!! Wanted to pay with cash and blatantly refused and told it was company policy that they no longer accept cash as payment.
