I had the best experience working with the showroom manager, Andrea. She was incredibly helpful and kind in assisting and communicating the necessary hardware parts I needed for my clients drapery. I had a quick deadline I needed to meet and she worked hard to help me meet it. I can’t brag enough on how amazing her customer service was!
They are the best. I give them an A+. Always curteous and helpful.
