Absolutely would not recommend. I was met with an attorney that gave us poor advice in a very difficult time in our family’s life. We took that advice and had a scheduled phone call a few days later where they not only didn’t call at that time, but after calling to double check we had the right date after waiting another 15 minutes, was reassured they would be in contact and after 2 hours of waiting, got an email saying they wouldn’t be working with us. We worked with Rachael Houck to set up a trust for my parents. We had several visits and met with several team members during the process. They were all kind, warm, and made the experience very easy while providing us with all the information we needed along the way. It was a very streamlined process and now we have everything we need in a well-organized format.
from my first time i entered the building until my trust was completed I felt I was being cared for and not just a customer. The people have been sooo wonderful to me, friendly, helpful, professional and kind. The level of support has been beyond any of my expectations. They have patiently answered my many questions and put me at ease during this process. Oh yeah, I definitely came to the right place!
Our experience with Mike and his team was beyond what we were hoping for or expected. Mike was very thoughtful in his advice on a proposed plan. He answered questions directly and encouraged discussion of the ripple effects of any decision we made.
