I brought girlfriend’s iPhone 14 Pro Max here for a screen repair. We dropped it off around 12:30 pm and was told by staff that it would be ready around 3 pm. During drop off, the staff asked for my phone passcode. I said no and did not give permission for anyone to access my phone. And we agreed sort any face recognition problems after the screen is done.
