Rude staff, don’t like answering questions. You will be redirected rudely to your TV. If you complain the staff then go talk and laugh at your situation. This venue is NOT child friendly. They wouldn’t even price and sell a packet of cereal for the kids. They wanted us to purchase a full buffet breakfast for a 3,6 and 8 year old at $35 a head!!!!!!! The stay started relatively well, the only hiccup being that mine and my wife's beds were made up as singles. No biggie, we zipped them together. Our problem started when we returned on our second day to find that the absolute barest minimum effort had been put into cleaning the room. Kids beds not made at all and the main bed, which we expected would be made up as a double as it was now zipped together simply had last night's sheets chucked back on top. Very small room for the price you pay. No where to store clothes and also no bar or restaurant on Sundays and Mondays
