They made it RIGHT! And continue to make my stay great! I ❤️❤️❤️ it here! My recent stay was horrible. I've been staying here for over 10 years now. My experience is usually great but my latest trip here was just awful. The room was really pricey esp since it was the size of a closet. We books months ahead of time too. To top it all off the room was leaning and we both got vertigo. I'm not sure why loyal repeat customers get this treatment but I am staying in San Francisco again but sadly it won't be at the Griffon.
