Staff rude, not a family environment, in fact I don't think manageress knows what family means
This chain undersells it's restaurant, it's always been driven by French standards and the house keeping is Excellent both in the rooms and the front of house.... The conference rooms are aggressive in their pricing and clearly the management have good manners, level temper and passion for the job if hotelier. The hotel staff cloned my credit card and went on a shopping spree. My card has only been used once in the whole year at this hotel and they skimmed my card. Fortunately my bank refunded me, but their staff are untrustworthy.
