We purchased a hot tub in April of 2022. Within a week a cushion broke. We called immediately to have someone come look at it. We had to call 3 more times and stopped in the store 2 times asking if someone could come to remove the broken cushion. However, no one came to remove the broken cushion until late July. Absolutely awful customer service since the day we bought it. Don’t even waste your time with this company.

John made the entire process so simple and easy for us and because he was so knowledgeable he was able to make us feel comfortable making a purchase that day. He was easy to follow when educating us on the product and that was huge for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better buying experience. *edit* after the sale was a little different story, customer service was not received in a timely manner even after several attempts to connect.
