We purchased our first spa from Hot Springs in Okoboji this spring. John has been and continues to be phenomenal to work with. He has been so knowledgeable and supportive, teaching us how to operate and maintain the spa to ensure we are comfortable as owners/operators and also ensuring we enjoy using it. Highly recommend working with John!

We purchased a hot tub in April of 2022. Within a week a cushion broke. We called immediately to have someone come look at it. We had to call 3 more times and stopped in the store 2 times asking if someone could come to remove the broken cushion. However, no one came to remove the broken cushion until late July.
