John Fideler goes above and beyond when ever we go in for help with out hot tub maintenance or supplies! Would highly recommend him for Sales and Service!
We purchased a hot tub in April of 2022. Within a week a cushion broke. We called immediately to have someone come look at it. We had to call 3 more times and stopped in the store 2 times asking if someone could come to remove the broken cushion. However, no one came to remove the broken cushion until late July.
