Waited 8 hours for a delivery, never came. No one called me. Had to call them and was told the truck broke down. Had to go pick up the pkg myself the next day. Pathetic! Terrible customer service!

First of the customer service department is very nice and helpful and professional they knew who I was whenever I called them, they gave me a choice to pick a date the window for delivery is 8-5 they can’t give you a specific time because they have other deliveries 🚚 The guy that delivered my sofa today 6/4/26 I didn’t get his name but I wish i would’ve he was very polite professional and handled all my box’s with care he came earlier than expect no issues whatsoever my boxes have a couple of small marks from the forklift i... read more
