Horrible communication, should be no stars - tried to purchase 2 tickets on line to a local show 3 months out. I got a confirmation email confirming my ticket purchase the day I did so. A few weeks had gone by and I never saw the tickets in the mail or received any instruction on how to receive them so I emailed Hot Seats with no response. I then looked at my credit card statement and saw Hot seats did not charge my card.
