I have been a customer for over 10 years. This week was the worse manicure I got. I returned and shared it with the owner and they offered to reapply the polish. Ok great seamed like a solution. The technician was so rough and rude I was terrified and holding back my tears because it hurt so much with the way she was handling my hands and nails. Walked away with bumps and uneven surfaces. Ended up filing my own nails and doing my own cuticles at home. Such a shame.

ABSOLUTELY NOT OKAY!!!!! Went to this nail salon on Saturday to get a full set and brows done .it was super clean . No one spoke at all once I sat in the chair . I had to keel asking the lady to not file my nails so much due to it getting shorter than what I wanted. I kept on getting ignored like I don’t have the right to say anything about my own nails that I paid for. When it was time to pay the man who cashed me out asked me if I want to pay a tip .
