I went today and was treated like a queen. I have been very sick for months and unable to take care of my toenails so they were long and painful. Hot Nails sat me in chair #1 and proceeded to work on me. Wow! Total pro's . I will always go back there. Thank you!
Usually okay but they are getting to be very rude. My major issue is the tipping. It’s was easy, You get your service and you pay and then tip them. Now they are saying you have to tip 20%. Then they get nasty about it. When did it become mandatory to set a tip amount? They can make a recommendation but, now it feels like they should just update their price and say tip included. Messed up my whole afternoon. I even paid tip in cash, like what else do you want?
I got a mani and pedi for summer time and I really enjoyed it they gave me a free water bottle and they scrubbed so much callouses off my feet I’m athletic and am on my feet a lot so thanks 🙏 and I really love the shape and color of my nails. Thanks ❤️🌼❤️
