As many others have posted on YELP, this place IS A TOTAL SCAM. The owner, Jeannie Batchelor, is a real piece of work. She took my wife's money, then said her shop is closed, and because in her words "she is operating at a deficit", there would be no refund. Sorry, out of luck. If we want any service, my wife would have to now come to her seedy apartment complex, because in her words "she's now operating out of her home".
