Great location for anyone seeking the healthy relief of infrared sauna. Personable owner in a place that offers relief from a busy world
I stopped in here with 2 friends after snowboarding and this was exactly what we needed: sauna, steam room, shower, cold plunge and a hot tub. 60 minutes was plenty for us, and we felt relaxed and clean before heading to the airport. Highly recommend hot house in Salt Lake City for infrared sauna and cold plunge.
My partner and I love Hot House SLC! Always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. Very hospitable!

excellent vibes - I feel restored after my 1 hour visit. the steam room was crazy hot and the cold plunge perfect. The owner is also extremely friendly and makes sure you feel well taken care of. I will be coming back here again.
