Booked in for an overall colour and flashes. I left with overprocessed hair, a t-bar and some of my old colour still showing as she didnt saturate my hair enough. This is not on the main ladies as I know they are very good, but the hairdresser Leanne. It became apparent quickly that she didn't really know what she was doing/inexperienced. She had to ask for help and advice numerous times and most of her responses were "what's that" and "I don't know what that is" which didn't fill me with confidence.
