Very very expensive for a dollar store and bad quality for the price. I went Into the store today to buy some Easter bits and pieces fans I was shocked at the price for the little fluffy yellow chickens this store was charging $5 for 4 of the little chickens
This place charged me $8 for something that was only $5 apparently it was a “surcharge” but it was a weekday I want a refund😭😭😭
When I went online to buy some fabric, the fabric was on a discount for $1.50 however when I went into the store the next day, the exact piece of fabric that I saw online was was for $3.50 and was NOT on a discount like what the website said. Not only was the website wrong about their prices but the staff gave me weird looks and the place was not looked after properly.
A great place to find everything you need around the house. Having been here for the past twenty years, Hot Dollar is a classic part of Lane Cove that has stayed across many years of change and development. The same family has run it for this many years as well, and have cemented themselves as a everlasting presence on the community! I love to go in here and support local businesses :)
