Had all the bits we needed to put up an unusual sized chimney. Good knowledge of the requirements for installing wood heaters. Gorgeous gifts and household items for sale. Good quality so not cheap but a delight for the senses.
We highly recommend Hot Copper. Stephen went out of his way to help us purchase the most suitable heater to fit in the space we had. From purchasing to installing we couldn't be happier with the great service we received.
$4,000 poorer and still no warmer. After sales service very poor, no follow up once money was paid and 2 months later I’m still waiting for the installation to be rectified so I can see if this $4,000 boat anchor actually works!
Great service, first fireplace for us but the owner explained everything. Definitely passionate about what he does.
