Rude and uneducated hot bargain warehouse manager

Hot bargin Glendale Generally not a bad place to get things until I purchased an arrangement of helium balloons for my daughters birthday. I purchased them the day before needing them and they went down over night. Very disappointed. Will never get them from there again.
