i run a company and they deleted my domain name without notice in advance. and that hapened 5 munutes after i got a deal with a new important customer abd i was not able to email her or invoice her and last saturday they said the supervisor will call me back on monday and he never did
Lots of promises made but I spent a lot of time on boarding two properties in two different countries only to find out that what I was initially told was not true and that I could not handle multi-currency. Then there was supposed to be a bunch of one-on-one seminars to learn the system but the team disappeared from customer service or anyone else after the initial meetings and disappointments from problems integrating currencies
