Completely disappointed with the communication of this company. I was enrolled in a free trial against my permission; attempted for 4 weeks to connect with customer service on the chat, via email and multiple times on phone with multiple tickets for support to get back to me. To this day I continue to reach out as they sent me an email to notify me they’re charging my card (again this is an unauthorized charge and I’ve told them this both on phone in chat and via email) and NO ONE from this company has emailed me back or cal... read more
