Employees are rude and I’ve witnessed plenty of situations where they were clearly discriminating against people of color, as well as heard from people who used their services that reported similar incidents. Also the drivers are TERRIBLE. They’re constantly parking all over town in fire lanes. You see complaints all over social media about how bad the drivers are.

Brandon and Carrie are wonderful. We had a very good experience with the transportation. Everything was done very professional. My mom was very happy!!!! please upper management please recognize Carrie and Brandon for some great work that they do out there With their clients!! Thank you !!!!

I was harassed by a older heavyset white man coming from my spa appointment. He approached my car accusing me of loitering and very aggressive. My 7 year old autistic non verbal son was in the car scared because the man was so belligerent and wouldn’t leave the side of my car. Also the employees are always parking in the fire zone making it impossible for clients to see the names of businesses and blocking the handicap ramp.

I witnessed there employees yelling at several African American women as if they were not allowed to be in the area. I watched as the woman explained she owned the business and was picking up forms but he was literally screaming at her. It was horribleu. I wouldn’t trust them with my safety after witnessing that.
