Just watched an H2H Vehicle hog the left lane on the highway and speed up to not let people over, then they cut three lanes of traffic to make his exit. 😅 I’m not too sure I’d trust them to transport my loved ones.

My memory sucks due to all the new friends I made in the past 24 hrs to remember their names, but I had 2 transporters a young male and young female who made my first transportation experience and ride in an ambulance sooo smooth and comfortable, and they were funny. Tysm!!!

This is a non medical review, transporter #5027 ( Tag Number 3209EM) driving through charlottesville needs some help on 4-26-26. Cut us off in traffic while we were already going 10 over the speed limit. No lights on and guy driving by himself. Completely uncalled for and would not use for this reason alone.

They assured us my mom was in good hands in her transport home and they were very attentive to ensure she was comfortable. Edit based on company response: It was February 10th around 12:15 pm off of Canal Street. I did not get a vehicle number. Over the past six months, I've repeatedly observed Hospital to Home vehicles being driven unsafely on Highway 64 heading toward Richmond. This isn't an isolated incident—it's a pattern. I've witnessed speeding, aggressive lane changes, and disregard for traffic laws.
