Edit based on company response: It was February 10th around 12:15 pm off of Canal Street. I did not get a vehicle number. Over the past six months, I've repeatedly observed Hospital to Home vehicles being driven unsafely on Highway 64 heading toward Richmond. This isn't an isolated incident—it's a pattern. Redd is such an amazing transporter!! She is very patient and always willing to help in any way possible! I love when she’s the driver for our CHoR outtings. Wonderful trainer! I have watched her train several people for the position and they all had said how great she is! Love you Redd !
My 94 yr old mom was extremely pleased with the transport service provided this week for a medical appointment in Charlottesville - the driver accompanied her at all times and she found him delightful. The administrative aspect was seamless.
We were under a lot of stress, moving my dad from one facility to another. Timing was a moving target due to facility procedures. Every time I called into dispatch with a change they were very responsive, and professional. When we finally had a confirmed time our driver, Cedric was amazing. not only was he competent in handling my dad. He exemplified empathy and human kindness. This meant everything during a stressful situation. the cost was incredibly reasonable. I highly recommend Hospital to Home!
