Goods were all defective and they would not accept my return request. Terrible
I had a very good experience with this company. We were in constant contact with each other via email. Any concerns and/or questions were promptly answered, especially considering it was Thanksgiving weekend! They sent me the FedEx labels required to mail out boxes and even offered to arrange a FedEx pick up at my home if I needed, which was very thoughtful. They did not respond to 3 inquiries, when I called it was an unpleasant experience, felt like I'd been admonished (Think bad dog) get the feeling this is a two bit outfit that buys for pennies and re-sells for $$$

Larry bought test strips from on EBay. He said that two of the boxes were torn and we agreed that I would give a partial refund and he would return the boxes. I had trouble getting a shipping label to him to return the items and I emailed him and offered to send him a label or to pay him directly for shipping, as I couldn't print one directly from eBay.
