Walking in speaking very little English I was very nervous. Even though the receptionist couldn’t speak English she made it easy for me by having me write everything. The triage nurse was very kind and understanding. The nurse practitioner was fantastic and was able to speak English well. The nurses were fast and efficient giving the IV medications and getting me out. Even the security guard was very friendly. They processed my insurance and I was out in less than 2 hours.

I went yesterday morning whith asthma short breath and dra. Velez she immediately send me to chest xrays antibiotic and respiratory therapy in 3 hours or less I was out. Super fast and good attendance. The nurses were very nice and good knowledge.

No había muchas personas. Me caí y me lastimé la pierna izquierda. Llegué cojeando y rápido el guardia de turno me consiguió una silla de ruedas. El personal del counter, la enfermera de los vitales, todos fueron muy considerados y amables; el personal de rayos x, enfermeras, la doctora que me atendió y hasta el personal de limpieza. Todos muy respetuosos, amables, me atendieron rápido y me hicieron las placas. Me inyectaron medicamentos por vena. En fin el servicio fue excelente. SIEMPRE me han brindado un servicio excelente y los médicos son muy amables al igual que muy profesionales!! Buen trato del personal!!!
