They have fixed my stove, dishwasher and now washer. Great service great price. They have a customer for life. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
I needed my GE dishwasher fixed due to a leak. I was told 1-2 weeks. Week 3 I called to ask where I was in line for the repair. They sent a guy over. He said he needed to order a part. Didn't hear from him, so I called a week and a half later to check to see if he was coming back. The lady who answered the call was rude "he will call you when he gets the part". Its been 2 months since this started. No return call to say he ordered the part, he couldn't get the part, or its on back order. So my son in law is going to fix it. ... read more
