My rating is a 5 star and always will be! Hoslers is an amazing business in downtown columbia city. They are on point with their appliance repairs. He always orders parts before he comes over he can fix it the day he shows up. It is never more than a week out, and that is because of part ordering. The business owners are super kind and helpful! I 100% recommend them for any appliance repair!

I needed my GE dishwasher fixed due to a leak. I was told 1-2 weeks. Week 3 I called to ask where I was in line for the repair. They sent a guy over. He said he needed to order a part. Didn't hear from him, so I called a week and a half later to check to see if he was coming back. The lady who answered the call was rude "he will call you when he gets the part". Its been 2 months since this started. No return call to say he ordered the part, he couldn't get the part, or its on back order. So my son in law is going to fix it. ... read more
